Certified Angus Ground Beef Soft Tacos

First thing’s first: Let’s get our ingredients together!
THE TACOS
1 Tablespoon of Cooking Oil
1 Pound of Ground Beef
Taco Seasoning to Taste (We used Chef Merito’s Carne Asada Seasoning)
1/3 Cup of Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup of Water
Corn, or Flour, Tortillas of Your Choice

PREPARATION
Certified Angus Ground Beef Soft Tacos
Step 1. Heat your skillet over medium high heat and add a tablespoon of cooking oil.
Step 2. Add your ground beef and break it up so that it covers the surface area of the skillet.
Step 3. Let the ground beef cook for 3 – 4 minutes and then stir; continue cooking and intermittently stirring until the beef is fully browned.
Step 4. Stir in the taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and the 1/2 cup of water; mix it all and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Step 5. Heat up your tortillas over an open flame.
Step 6. Scoop up a healthy serving size of the ground beef and place it into each tortilla.
Step 7. Decorate the tacos with your preferred toppings.
Step 8. Enjoy!
